No heat no power coming out of my blower motor relay and I have replaced the relay twice fuse is good and resistor and blower motor are to there is a purple wire going into my blower that gets no power

If the relay is getting no power that's the problem. There are 2 sets of power going to this relay, the control signal (the power that comes from the switch on the dashboard turning on the relay), the second is the much greater power supp[lied to th ... 1990 Chevrolet Caprice

This is a 2oo2 olds Aurora with 92kmiles.I put new brushes in blower motor an when I plugged in harness blower motor started running half speed with on ignition off! Blower motor won't work. Switch and blower resistor check out ok. No power at the blower motor. I suspect the blower relay, but even though this relay is shown in my wiring diagrams for the 2002 F150 regular cab pickup, I can't find the location of this relay in my owner's manual. Where is it? Thanks in advance!

In there\015\012 you have four devices to check out to pin point the problem: the switch it's \015\012self, the blower relay switch, resistor block, and the blower motor it's\015\012 self.I find this information in the Haynes ... 2002 Ford F150 Regular Cab

I have a 1994 Safari. I have removed the fusible link connector (at the battery) and cut it out of the wire harness. Now that have the new one I don't remember which circuits go to what fusible links. The connector pins are labeled A, B, C, and D. The circuits are the Anti-lock module, the HVAC blower motor relay (under the hood at the front evaporator), and two go to the fuse panel under the dash: one powers the front and rear HVAC blowers and one powers the head lights (among other things). Follow all advise given so far on my 1991 chevy truck which has the heater control blank, no heater , no a/c doesn't lite up. change relays under the hood like you said and check the red wire for power , unit has power but does not lite up or function. we hear a clicking sound when we plug the control module in over by the heater blower , is there a relay there or give me more help. thanks vince

The advise given to check your unit for power was correct. The relay is before the unit if your sure you have power and a ground on the unit and it is still not working then it died. You will need to get a replacement. \015\012\015\012 ... 1991 Chevrolet S-10

1991 tracker I put in a new fuel pump relay. the new relay has power comming to teh relay the wire going to the fuel pump has no power. put the jumper wire in and the pump runs. Why won"t the power go through the relay?

2003 GMC Yukon XL - same as Suburban ("Rear Blower Motor / Fan Not Working") I got 12V actually 13V at the Orange wire in to the resistor. The blower motor 2 wires come from this resistor. I changed the resistor thinking that was the problem and still same thing. The resistor has 3 wires going in Orange that has 12V, Purple in the middle and Black Ground. I looked for a rear blower fuse - in the engine compartment and it is not labeled? Any sugestions where to start or look next?

1995 heater blower motor: someone has replaced it before my sister bought it. The problem is it is wired incorrectly, the blower runs only on high continuously no mater where the fan speed switch is located. Upon inspection it aperes that someone wired it straight to hot. (always on) I'm not sure how to wire it, and I think the resistor is not working. I want to know where the hot wire goes and where the two wires from the blower go. The black is obviously ground. It has a 1 wire plug go

1995 Isuzu Rodeo with 3.2L v6. With no power to the fuel pump. I've checked the continuity on the fuel pump wires they seem fine. No/low voltage on the wires to the pump, (.08 volts when DMM is set to 20). Checked pump after removing the tank and the pump, it purred. Checked the fuel pump relay it seems to have power on 1 circuit, (not sure if 2 circuits should have power(?)). Then checked with a known good relay. Then tried jumping/bypassing the relay. I just replaced my factory stereo in my 2002 honda accord. i have two red wires left over that appear to be my dash lights. i dont know where to connect these two wires to make the dash lights come on when the head lights are turned on. if i connect one of the wires to either of the power wires the dash lights stay on all the time. if i connect the other red wire to either of the power wires my lights that tell me what gear im in go out. WHAT DO I DO WITH THESE TWO WIRES? Thanks so much Kev

Car won't start. There is no spark at the plugs. I replaced the Camshaft Sensor and Crankcase sensor. Checked to see if there was 8 volts going to these components and nothing. Jumped from the 30 slot to 87 slot on the ASD relay spot and checked to see if wire was bad going to coil, it is good. I'm clueless at this point.

Hey guys, Okay I have a 96 seville sts that stopped running on me while driving. It smelled like burnt wiring so I popped the hood and noticed that it melted a relay under the hood.
