Locate the relay for the ecu and the ignition system and replace them or use one that isn't as critical in it's place such as the windshield wiper relay to test it out.

Hi

\015\012It could be poor electrical connections as I have heard lot about that for this model. First, pull the two large relays from the engine fuse box, and then put them back. Out of those two one of them is the FUEL INJECTION RELAY, it must have just been a bad seating/connection. You can also try cleaning or replacing the flywheel rotation sensor. It could also be a bad connection on the TDC sensor, this connector is sitting on the top of the water pump, right on top of the engine, purple and black wire, just jiggle this connector and it should work. If still the issue is not resolved after performing all the above steps then it’s definitely the immobilizer from the ECU that has gone dead and needs to be repaired/replace.
