Having problems with your Cars & Trucks ?

Have a 92 olds eighty eight royale and the brake lights only work some of time. I checked the bulbs and the fuses and both are good and also checked the wiring in the trunk of vehicle at light location. Was wondering where else I might look for a loose wire connection or something that would cause this problem. Also the tail lights do work when headlights are on so I'm guessing its a wiring issue with the brake system just don't know where to check for connections. Thank you for any help you ca

Answers :

High up on the brake pedal is the brake light switch. When you press the pedal, a button moves on the switch, turning the switch on . Check if it operates smoothly.
