Having problems with your 1987 Ford Bronco II ?

I have a 94 f250 7.3l diesel truck. I had the headlight switch burn out, melted connector blork, about a year ago. Replaced switch and plastic connector block with original Ford parts. The headlights quite working again last night. All other lights are working. The connector block has a small burn, which i assume is from the connector that is directly controls the headlights. Any suggestions? Please help.

Answers :

You will probably have to replace to connector blocks again, are they touching anything that gets warm. If they are try cable tying them out the way. If this is not the problem then you have got too much electric going through the connector box which is why is keeps melting.
