Having problems with your 1987 Isuzu Pickup ?

Heater in truck does not put out much heat

\015 1987 isuzu pup 2.2L diesel. there are 2 sensors on the thermostate hose cap , the wires are missing on one , I replaced both, plugged in one, the other where to wire? replaced thermostate still does not seem to heat up. Answers :

Check the hoses going into the firewall for the heater and see if they are getting hot before you go too far. if one is hot and the other is cold then you may need to flush or replace the heater core.
