Having problems with your 1987 Peugeot Liberte ?

Peugeot expert van with stuck on brakes

\015 Had new pads and discs fitted 2 weeks ago and since then front brakes stuck on, very hot and smelly. Garage have replaced....\015\012Pads (again), calipers, hoses, master cylinder and now talking about replacing servo(?), not quite sure what this is, but also want to charge me for extra work. Went in for pads and discs came out with new problem that's taking over 2 weeks to fix, was something damaged when the original work was done? or just a huge coincidence?\015\012\015\012HELP!\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 25-03-2019

Answers :

It's the rod that runs from your brake peddle to the marster cylider the links seized up. need To take off and free it up
I got similar porob.. new calipers and pads/disks. they tried ABS pump, new master cylinder... have replaced fluid... my brakes are fine when vehicle is cold but as it warms up the front brakes are sticking on badly. Drivable.. yea.. but a nusance.
