Having problems with your 1988 Chevrolet S-10 ?
Is there supposed to be some kind of spring pressure on the throw out bearing arm when the slave cylinder is off? or should it just move back and forth freely?also how can i get instructions on how the slave cylinder goes back on if taken off?
There is pressure on the arm from your pressure plate. When you put the slave cylinder back on, you want it to be just touching the arm, not pushing it. The push comes from the slave cylinder when you depress the clutch.
