Having problems with your 1988 Honda Accord 4 Door ?

Idle problem I have a 1988 Honda Accord LX and when you crank it, it idles high and continues to stay idled high. When driving it does fine, but when stopping at a red light, it goes back to a high idle. When cranking, it idles around 3000 rpm, it goes down just a little bit after it warms up, but it does not go low as it should. What do you think?

It sounds like it could be a distributor problem too. Cause that also controls the idle and timing of the engine.
