Having problems with your 1988 Plymouth Horizon ?

My 88 horizon full pump i think is bad is there any way to find out. and is there a fuse

There should be two fuses that could be the problem.
One for the pump, and the other will most likely be labeled starting circuit, or some such.
Had the same problem one time, and had a 15 year ASE certified, friend of mine get just as stumped. Turned out to be a fuse we never looked at because the diagram labeled it something weird.
When you turn the key like you were trying to turn the car over, if you don't hear a noise (very faint "wirr") then it's not activating. If it is, but is still suspected and the fuses are good, check the fuel pressure.
