Having problems with your 1988 Toyota Pickup ?

Hi I have a 88 Toyota pickup with a carbed 22r motor. Sunday I ran it all day just like usual, Monday I get in it and it will not start. I have checked fuel, spark and have sprayed starting fluid in the carb, still nothing. It has new plugs, cap, rotor and wires. Any ideas would be greatly helpful thank you
