Having problems with your 1989 Ford Bronco II ?

The vehical won't start, even when turned over!

\015 My bronco will not start even when turned over, there is a peice of flex coil that is damaged on the side of the engin that runs down from the ERG valve. What is this called and how do i fix it? And could this be realated to my problem? Also it needs the fuel pump replaced i have the spare but do not know how to replace> HEPL ME PLEASE!!!\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 20-06-2022

Before you change the fuel pump check the fuel pump relay. it is located under the power box. The power box is just behind the battery, under the hood. The box is attached to the fire wall. After removing the power box another plastic piece holds all of your relays. I would check this first. I had the same problem and it turned out to be the relay. I found out after I changed the pump.
