Having problems with your 1989 Jeep Comanche ?

My engine dyes when coming to a stop

\015 I have a 97 jeep grand cherekee. Lately it's been dying as I come to a stop. Could I have bad fuel or could the ice cold weather we've had in portland lately have something to do with it\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 29-06-2020

Answers :

Replace the gas tank mounted fuel pump - AND the filter and gas guage sensor. $300-440 at a dealer.
Get them to clean out the water and "gel" (its parrafin I think) from the tank. Insist they do it.
