Having problems with your 1989 Plymouth Voyager ?

Possible igition problems

\015 I have a 1989 Plymouth Voyager Grand SE V6 Mitsubishi engine.(US made). but my car suddenly stopped. No spark at the ingition coil.Is there an easy way to find out why? Is the ignition electrical board the same as for the later model (Canada made) because I have an extra car as parts\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 19-07-2021

Mcdevito75 here, Look on the firewall for a white 4 prong reistor, change thisresistor, see if your car starts, if so great, if not, remove the plugs from the resistor and jump them with 2 wires not across the plugs, at the plugs there are 2 connectors with 2 plugs that plug into this resistor, use a jumper wire, any wire between the connections on each plug, seee if the car starts, if so you need a new resistor, if not you"ll have to change the ignition module.
