Having problems with your 1989 Toyota Camry ?

I left my manual transmission 2000 Kia Sephia sitting in my parking lot for the last month while I drove my other car, and I go to move it today, and it was having trouble moving forward and reversing. It sounds like the parking brake return spring has broken or come loose. The only way to know is to pull the wheel and drum and take a look. It sounds like the pads are still closed against the drum and haven't released. Hope this helps.
