Hello! There are several components that can cause no power to the starter...Lets eliminate...#1...Do you hear a "click" when you turn the key? It is the Starter Enable Relay...Powered by fuse #17 (15A)...The relay is enabled by the Pass Key Decoder Module...
Anti-Theft device...If no click is heard; The fuse is blown, the relay is bad, or the key you are using has a bad chip...#2...If you hear a "click"...The Park/Neutral switch is open/defective...#3...The power cable connection to the starter has a poor connection...

Check the battery like this:
\012Turn on the headlights, then try to start the car.
\012If the headlights do not dim or go out, then the battery is likely ok.
\012Check that the battery cable plus post, goes to the starter, Minus post to a good ground, like the engine.
\012If wiring is ok, then look at the starter solenoid for a good connection, and proper voltage at the starter.
\012Problem is most likely the Solenoid or starting relay, whichever the car uses.
\012Hope this helps.
