You might need to replace the I-rings that fit between the rocker assembly and cylinder head. Search YouTube for the video from EricTheCarGuy on how to do this procedure. I do warm he did get the torque specs for the bolts wrong, but that is the only wrong information in the video. The torque specs are as follows for the rocker assembly bolts: 10mm is 9 ft. Lbs. of torque, and the 12mm is 16 ft. Lbs. of torque
Check to make sure the plugs are tight and torqued to manufacturer's specs. Also, your Valve cover gasket(s) may need replaced.
