Having problems with your 1990 Jeep Cherokee Limited ?

I just put in a new alternator and my battery will not charge

\015 I just put in a new alternator and i still cant drive for more than 15 minutes before i lose all power in my jeep. i have to manually select my gears. i just put in a brand new alternator last night and i still have to trickle charge my battery to start my car. could there be a short circuit some where or could i have blown a fuse?.i took a volt meter to my battery and it didn't even move the needle could it be that the battery lost so much acid that its not making a goon enough reaction? or could i have a break in one of my wires?\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 23-04-2018
