Having problems with your 1990 Mazda 323 ?

Left front turn signal blew. Replaced bulb. Stays solid with lights on. Doesn't flash. When lights off doesn't flash. Could this be a fuse problem? Do I need a new flasher? What do i ? Please help! Thank you so much! Dan Miami, FL

Hi Dan, Do the other indicators work correctly with just the one staying on and not flashing? or is it all of them?....If none flash when you select the left or right turn, you'll need a replacement flasher unit....If only the one which blew stays on constantly while the others flash you have a short circuit....I'd like to help more so if you can send me more info that'll help a lot...What is the behavior when the marker (park) lights are on....And when the high and low beam are on....is there any change?....Test all the lights one circuit at a time and check to find out if there is any change in behavior...don't forget the reverse or the brake lights....And what happens when you turn on the hazard warning, any flashing then?\012Let me know....Regards Johngee10
Sure you got the right bulb??? then check for signal to light and check the ground
