My 1991 Lincoln town car sat for awhile. Now when driving smell a burning electrical smell and when braking it pulls to the left. Any idea what the problem is?

Answers :

You have a lot of rust on all your brake components
\015\012You will need to completely strip all 4 brakes & remove
\015\012all rust and lube necessary parts
\015\012Don't misunderstand my point here
\015\012You do not necessarily need new rotors or brake pads
\015\012You may want to however, replace the flexible rubber
\015\012brake hoses, as they may have collapsed inside and
\015\012your brakes do not release, thus the brake pad smell
\015\012Also you could have rusted and frozen caliper pistons
\015\012The rust, the flex hoses & possibly the calipers, are your
\015\012problems,and the cause of the bakes not releasing
