Having problems with your 1991 Plymouth Acclaim ?

How to check transmission cooler?

\015 Out of the blue lost all gears in auto transmission, changed fliter and fluid then did flush til it ran clean. got gears took it for a test drive got about 12 miles it started slipping checked fliud level---> level fine--> fluid dirty again? had it towed home for safety reasons. dumped two quarts out -->added new, tested it out got all gears drove it 12 miles started slipping and harder for it to shift to higher gears. I did not run cleaner through, should I? thinking of dumping fliud again and changing filter as the fliud is dirty again. No bubbles on stick, no burnt smell, 130,000 mils on trany.\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 20-05-2019
