Having problems with your 1991 Toyota Land Cruiser ?

I have a 1991 toyota land cruiser and it started leaking oil really bad. I found the problem is a hole that is right around the fifth piston in the head. It appears to be manufactured that way . I was wondering what to do and if you knew what the hole was there for and how to fix the spurting oil leak . please any assistants would be greatly appreciated. thank you
