Sir or Ma'am, there may be a relay that is shorted in your car, but I cannot find the wiring diagram. If you happen to have the owners manual, please look up relays in the index to see if you can find a blower relay. If there is no relay, perhaps your switch has shorted. Until you can solve the problem, I recommend you pull out the fuse for the fan when not using the blower.
