Does the car have a temp gauge? If the engine thermostat is stuck open, the engine will not warm up for a very long time and the heater core will not receive the heat it needs to make hot air.

\015\012If not that, there may be a duct door that is stuck that normally allows air to flow over the heater core. This would be harder to diagnose
