Having problems with your 1992 Volvo 960 ?

Overheats after 15-20 minutes engine running and seems to be getting water in the oil. Engine still runs smooth with no unusual groans, whines, screams or clatters. Reconditioner claimed head was cracked but was unable to prove his guesswork.
