Having problems with your 1993 Buick Park Avenue ?

I have 93 parkave and all power works but wont start

The click is an indication of the starter solenoid being defective, the heavy contacts inside are burnt away and making a poor connection, this keeps the starter from getting power from the starter solenoid. You can just remove the starter or you can just replace the solenoid. You need to disconnect the battery negative cable before doing any work. The starter is accessed from under the car, you must make a note of what wires go to what terminal when you remove them, it is a common mistake to not do this and slows the installation because of the confusion over where everything hooks up.
