1993 corvette (non ZR1) that began to stall when driving 3 weeks ago. Suspected a fuel issue as the car would just "shut down" while driving as if the fuel was shut off. Answers :

The distributors give this vehicle a lot of problems, because of the location of the distributor,The cause of your problem is,no injector pulse, most likely, you will have to replace the pickup coil in the distributor, and my advise,is to replace the pickup coil, module, and cap,and rotor. The reason being,is that it is an act of congress to just replace one of these, because of the location of the distributor. The water pump needs to be checked also,it can leak on the distributor, and cause a lot of problems. The parts will be high, but better to replace it now,all at once, and be done with it.The cap,and rotor are only available in a kit.
