Okay got a lot so if you can respond by the numbers thanx....... #1.THE EASIEST WAY TO REPLACE HEATER CORE...... #2,GAS SMELL IN THE INTERIOR AND IN THE TRUNK RIGHT NEXT TO THE EMERGENCY FUEL SHUT OFF BUTTON.. #3. FUEL GAUGE DOSENT WORK.... #4. EXCESSIVELY HIGH IDLE SPEED UNTIL I PRESS THE GAS PEDAL DOWN OR APPLY WD-40 TO ACCELORATOR LEVER/CRUISE CONTROLE LEVER... Answers :

#1 the heater core is in the plastic ducting under the passenger side dash.Its a time consuming job.#2 The shot of fuel button is leaking when the fuel pump pressures up the line to 14psi or the top of the tank leaks when full.#3 Your sending unit may be U/S which is located in the tank and #4 The WD-40 is a dry spray and only last a short time. I would recomend white grease or fluid filum so it would clean and lubercate at the same time.Hope this helps.
