Having problems with your 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee ?

Just got a 1993 jeep grand cherokeem on the display center it shows red square over engine in picture and red light for rear lights, the word say check oil level, bad rear light,, check lights they all work and oil level is good, how do i get rid of these

Check the ground wires coming from the battery to the fenderwell and the engine block. Makes sure they are both clean and secure. Then look for a braided flat non coated wire to the firewall from the rear of the engine, usually comes connected by one of your intake manifold bolts. And lastley lokk to see if you can get your hand up behind the instrument cluster. You may need to remove the knee pad first. If you can snake your hand up there try to find the large flat ribbon connector and wiggle and push in on it. These are all your main grounds which causes really crazy stuff to happen all over the vehicle. I'm hoping you can find the little bugger. Good Luck, Dana
