I know you said you checked but,
You obviously have a draw on the battery from somewhere. Begin testing by putting an ammeter between either of the battery leads and the battery. Then, one by one pull each fuse out 'till the draw changes substantially. Whatever system that fuse serves is where the problem is. However, many fuses serve more than one item so you will then need to unplug each of those items till you find the one creating the draw. If your alternator is the only remaining suspect, it is possible to have an internal problem there and it will need to be tested. Note though some slight draw is to be expected from the radio (clock and memory) and from the alternator (but very slight).
Electrical trouble shooting is slow and painstaking work...that's why shops that do that get big $. Take the time and have patience and you will find it.
Think about your statement!! If nothing was staying on,beyond the computer memory, clock etc,the battery wouldn't drain down. Start pulling fuses, with an AMP Meter in series with a battery cable, until you find the circuit. Then work that circuit.
