Having problems with your 1993 Lincoln Town Car ?

Blowing fuse 30amp fuse that powers the air suspension system burns out within a few miles of driving, this is a recurring problem.what is the most likely faulty component and how can I isolate it??

Mine was doing the same thing. Turned out I had air leaking from a bag and the pump would run to long and pop that fuse every time. I replaced with springs from strutmasters.com Came with instructions and cost $109. Took about 30 minutes. Was a lot cheaper than replacing the bags and I never have to worry about any part of that air bag system again. So if your pump is running for more than 3-4 minutes you may have the same problem I had.
I had a 1992 town car with the exact same problem and it turned out to be a worn out compressor overloading the circuit. The compressor is located on the drivers side inner fenderwell. A short would most likely blow the fuse instantly (or intermittently), but the compressor motor is the only component that draws any real current that will blow the fuse.
