Having problems with your 1993 Mazda 626 ?

There are 2 fans under the bonnet in my 1993 Mazda 626. One big fan at the front of the radiator, and another...what is the smaller fan to the side for. Whilst the fan mechanism is turning the blades are not, why?

Answers :

The one big fan is for cooling the water off in the radiator during idle times. While your driving air does that job for the fan. The smaller is for the A/C. When you turn on your A/C it will kick on. If the fan motor is running but the blades are not turning then you might need to replace the fan
