Having problems with your 1993 Nissan Altima ?

1996 Subaru Legacy Outback will not stay running. It was running just fine before I changed the oil and air filter (the correct oil and air filter were installed). I checked the areas where I was working to make sure no vacuum lines were disconnected. When I start the car I have to keep my foot on the accelerator to keep it running. It really sounds like it is missing.

Hello, there is a very good chance that the large hose connecting the intake to the air box tube is still disconnected in some way. If so, don't worry, even the pros do it. I just did it on my 98 GT the other day. If this is not your problem, double check that you didn't disturb one or more of your spark plug wires, either on your coil or maybe they were slightly pulled up and out of your spark plug tube holes. I hope this info helps...(subytech1)...
