Having problems with your 1993 Toyota Camry V6 ?

I have a small leak from the water pump housing. It appears to be from a small purpose made hole in the casting. Everything appears to function normally, until loss of coolant is excessive. Can I seal this hole with bars leaks or metal filler, or is it an indication there is something wrong with the water pump?

This is called the weep hole. It begins to leak when the pressure gets too high from temprature. Usually caused by an improperly working water pump. You will need to replace the pump or risk major damage to the cooling system.
