Having problems with your 1994 Ford Bronco ?

I am removing thestarter

It maybe a fuseable link which works as a fuse. Is it wired directly going inside to the solenoid? If so you simply cut it and recrimp it back on if the link is not shorted out. Shrink wrap will be needed again to water sel the wiring
HERE'S 1996 OLDEST I HAVE. MAY BE SIMILAR.

  1. \015\012Connect starter solenoid S terminal wire. Be careful to push straight on and make sure connector locks in position with a notable click or detent.

  1. \015\012Install battery cable and attaching nut on solenoid B terminal. Tighten nut to 9-13.5 Nm (80-120 lb-in).
