Having problems with your 1994 Ford Thunderbird ?

My car wont start, my dad says it may be the fuel pump, how do i tell?

Answers :

Get under the rear end of car with a test light and fit the clip to the clean part of the chassis and test the wires to the pump (going into the pump)
\015\0121 should light up ..
\015\012THEN go to the fuel rail or carby if carby type and take off the feed pipe and get someone to turn on the key and the fuel should come out of the pipe ,,so then you know you have a problem in the pump if no fuel comes out or the carby or fuel rail if it does come out ...
