Having problems with your 1994 Hyundai Excel ?

How do i take the plastic cover off where the timing belt is on my 95 excel i need to do this to replace the water pump,

I will b honest, pay someone.Ive never ever had such a pain in the *** to work on. Also if you set it up wrong after replacing the pump it you can warp your crankshaft really easy, making the car junk. Also on that car there might be a bad head gasket to cause water pump problems.
