Most of those systems have a self re-setting breaker/fuse incorporated in the system to avoid damage to motor if jammed as well as safety from fire on an overload situation. They usually are re-set by shutting vehicle off, or after a certain amount of time has gone by. One thing I would try though, and it is a common cause of such a situation is to lubricate the window guides/tracks where window slides up and down in. ( like felt guides on both sides) Try using a can of silicone spray, and spray them with a generous coat or 2 of silicone and run the windows up and down a few times to work it in a bit. At lower part of guides closest to door panel where it goes out of sight below, I usually give it a good soaking there so that it will run down inside as well. Use the little red nozzle that comes with it, and get it right into track channel on all sides and bottom. Start with window in down position and spray from very top, all the way down both sides. Quite often that's all it needs to eliminate a costly repair bill. Be sure to do them all. Yes, I know, you may have to clean a little silicone spray off glass after, but hey, the fix was cheap and the windows needed it anyway, right? ha-ha.
