Oil Pressure Problems, leaks

I believe what you're looking for may be called an oil pressure switch or oil pressure sensor instead of an oil sensor. If this is correct it should be easy to locate at almost any local auto parts supplier or online at places such a www.rockauto.com. Rock Auto has an easily searched catalog and the prices seem reasonable. Also there are pictures of the part.

If what was removed is an oil pressure unit and the engine is started oil will definitely be pumped out of the engine. I hope this is of some assistance.
You need to get a gage from autozone or a part store that has a oil pressure not oil temp it will come with a new sensor
