Need to replace the oil pump on a 95 park avenue

You shouldn't have to for head gaskets, makes it easier but not necessary.
For oil pan, you may have too. Depending on how much room there is between pan and crossmember and if pan is in tranny. Some cars the oil pan is 1/4" behind tranny but don't think that is the deal on your car.

You can change the head gaskets without pulling the motor.
\015\012To change the oil pump, you will need an engine hoist to lift the motor far enough to drop the oil pan. Make sure there is a little tension on the chain of the hoist before disconnecting the motor mounts.
