A 1995 chevy s-10 blazer will not start because of flooding.
\015 I was having problems with a rough start and idle, and while driving for a short period of time one day i heard a loud popping sound, then it died. Now it will not start.\015

I had the same problem but not with the popping sound. Try checking your vacuum hoses. My problem was with the PCV Valve elbow. It is located under the air intake hose.
