Having problems with your 1995 Ford Thunderbird ?

Emergency brake is stuck on. Dayton Ohio, 16 degrees last night. was stuck on this morn.

As you can guess, don't use the [parking brake in thw winter time. If the cables are frozen, you will have to get it in a garage that is above 32 degrees to thaw them out. If it is just the brake shoes frozen to the drums, you can try rcoking back & forth from drive to reverse a few times. It will break the shoes free of the drums. If the garage is close, you can just add enough gas to get it moving the short distance to the garage. It won't hurt anything to drive 100 feet. The engine should be able to overcome the brakes. Just be a little careful.
