Having problems with your 1995 Honda Accord ?

Over heating did a compreson test good checked fan by bypass ok , change cooling fan relay,termostat, fuses,cant find any thing else theres 2 sensors and 2 fans 1 of the fans will turn on if its over heating but only if i turn the car off completely if i turn the key on it turns off i tryed to see if any of the fans would turn on if i turn on the a/c but no ,didnt work the a/c is not working so i dont know if thats a factor but i dont care about the a/c just want the fans to work i tryed to grou

This may work for you, I'm not sure about your fans, but in a 1992 Ford Ranger when I kept overheating in idle or after turning off it was the heater core, you may want to try bypassing core and you should be fine, of course this is a band-aid fix. You're definitely going to replace the heater core (if that is the problem) and hunt down why your fans are not kicking on for a permanent fix.
