Answers :

Possibles. lower radiater hose calapsing, belt stretch (heat), the faster an engine turns, faster water flow, to fast flow, not enogh time to cool, pls. keep in mindthat most items are produce outsidse us. consequently, quality suffers, been known to go thru a couple before getting a good one. test- have someone hold throttle, bring to 2000 rpm hold make sure temp. is up sqeeze top hose, feel surge immediatly if all is operating correctly(t.stat). if no surge=t. stat.
