Having problems with your 1995 Mitsubishi 3000GT ?

Should I test drive a car that has just been sitting for 2 years?

\015 I just bought a 1995 Mitsubishi 3000GT Non-Turbo Base Coupe with 136,000 miles on it for $1,200. The car has been sitting in the seller's garage for over a year and half and rarely started or driven during that time. "When I pick the car up, I'd like to drive it around the block to make sure the manual transmission shifts right and to listen to the engine before I pay the remaining balance." "Could I damage the vehicle in doing this, being that it has the same fuel, oil and other fluids from nearly two years ago?" Not to mention, that the tires are dry rotted and the battery is dead. It will start with a jump though. If it checks out, I'll haul it home on a trailer and fix it up. Thanks.\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 26-07-2021

Well i would ecommend you to check the condition of the tires again.. & also see the fule tank and the other oil storage components before you go for a drive.. or take a mechanic along with you...

\015\012before driving it any where.
