Willie05: sounds to me like you have a leaking rear main oil seal.
\015\012If the oil is dripping out at the bottom of the motor and appears to be sourced from where the back of the engine and the front of the transmission mate together, that is your problem. Sometimes if the leak has been going on for a while, the under side of the engine and transmission may be covered with oil because of the wind turbulence caused by the car in motion had been blowing it all over the under side. It may take you washing the under side if the motor off or getting it done, to spot the leak more easily.
\015\012A valve cover gasket leak will also cause oil to run dow the back of the motor. However, it usually won't get on the flywheel.
\015\012Good Luck. Let me know how things turn out.
