Having problems with your 1995 Toyota Tacoma ?

No power to fuel pump. Power up to open circuit relay. I have a similar problem, however, my 95 Tacoma 4x4 was wrecked and sat up for a while. It was running last fall (2008) and now that I have all the parts it will not start. Getting fire, but no fuel. You have a very common problem. There is rust on top of the fuel tank, and it is shorting your fuel pump power input. Unplug the connector by the tank, and replace the fuse. If it does not blow, my solution is correct. Remove the tank, or remove the bed, to access the top of the tank. Remove the bracket that holds the pump/fuel sending unit and replace it.
