Having problems with your 1995 Volvo 850 ?

No heat coming from the heater

Answers :

The thermostat may be stuck open. Is the car overheating? is the low coolant light on?if you answered no to both questions..let the car cool approx three hours.. start the car and feel the upper radiator hose, you shouldn't feel any pressure or water running through it until it reaches normal temp range, then the hose will become hot.
If the thermostat is stuck in an open loop you will only get a very slight amount of heat and it will also affect your fuel economy. if you checked everything and it checks normal, then i would suspect a bad heatercore.
