Having problems with your 1996 Chevrolet Blazer ?

I purchased a 1996 Blazer LT with the engine out and tore apart, all of the parts were in boxes. I have it all back together now ready to start. My problem is I have no power to the body. I have no wire feeding the body. On the battery I have a large black wire going to the starter, one large red wire to the alternator and one small red wire goes behind the battery with a plug that goes into the wiring harness. The small red wire should feed the fuse box (i think)
