Answers :

P0411-secondary air injection system incorrect flow detected.
\015\012P0501-vehicle speed sensor error
\015\012P0422-secondary O2 sensor incorrect reading(tests catalytic converter)
\015\012P1128-long term fuel trim is too lean
\015\012These are what the codes are for. The catalytic converter is tested by the secondary O2 sensor after the converter. The only job of this O2 sensor is to make sure the converter is working. If the computer gets an incorrect reading from this O2 sensor then you will get this error. It is possible that the O2 sensor just needs to be replaced. If the engine is running too lean then this will damage the catalytic converter. So I recommend checking your air filter(it might be plugged) and install a new air filter if you cannot see any light thru it. Replacing the post O2 sensor as long as the shop that checked the converter is correct. And install a new fuel filter. As far as the vehicle speed sensor error that could be a result from a bad sensor or caused by the other issues The vehicle speed sensor is usually located at the wheel disc brake hub and uses a magnet to read a gear to measure the speed for the computer to make calculations for fuel/air mixture, spark, ect. If you have not tuned up the vehicle(plugs, wires, ect) make sure you install new ones. After you do these things disconnect the negative battery cable for 10 minutes to clear the codes. Also after you have made these repairs by a can of fuel injection cleaner in a full tank of gas and run it thru to clean the injection system. Now hopefully that will clean up thoise Nox readings. Let me know if you have any other questions.
