Having problems with your 1996 Dodge Neon ?

The dashboard odometer, gas, MPH, etc. on my 96 Neon is not working. I think its a fuse but cant find the cover with the fuse box diagram. Any idea which fuse it is?

Nope, not a fuse. The instrument cluster is either bad or the contact (plug in the back) is bad. This is a common problem for Chrysler's and Mitsubishis. Try wiggling the face of the speedometer and pushing it backwards (towards the front of the vehicle) with the key on and in the run position. But not started. You can also try hitting the dash above the steering wheel a few times But don't hurt yourself or break anything. I've recommended and done it many times. As silly as it sounds, it really does work. Then look into getting a new/used instrument cluster. \015\012
